Jamaica has to beat Canada in Jamaica and hopes Mexico beats Honduras. Trinidad tied Guatemala 0-0 and defeated USA 2-1. Trinidad needs to just tie Cuba to advance. USA, Costa Rica and El Salvador have qualified.
