Barcelona had a difficult encounter with bottom of the barrel Osasuna. A dramatic encounter that saw the Catalans winning with 3-2 after opening the score, but seeing themselves 1-2 down in the 73rd minute.
Samuel Eto‘o broke the deadlock just before the halftime. Flano and Pandiani where close to produce the upset of the year in the La Liga, but Xavi and Messi saved Barca. The Catalans remain 12 points clear of Real Madrid.
