If you score on St. Patrick's Day how do you celebrate? Ask Kei Kamara, he decided to do an Irish jig with C.J. Sapong for the home fans of Sporting Kansas City. In the video above, you can play the dance back 15times like we did. The leprechaun hats were a nice touch, but it looked like these guys really practiced this one. We can appreciate the coordination, I can see Dancing with the Stars in Kei's future. This has to be one of the best goal celebrations by an MLS player.

Everybody Is Doing It

It's a hit in Brazil and obviously sung in Portuguese, so why would we cover it on Futbolr? Well, Brazil is the home of dancing, accordions, harmonicas, beautiful women & soccer. The dance associated with Michel Teló's Ai Se Eu Te Pego is unofficially becoming the goal celebration of the top tier soccer players. Considering most of the players doing the choreographed dance are Brazilian, there are Germans, Argentinians & even Polish players getting in on the moves. Loosely translated the song means ".. and if I catch you" suggestively of course, so the 56million views on youtube have to have merit in the hearts of the Futbolrs of the world. Below is a look at your favorite players getting involved in the "Ai Se Eu Te Pego".
Cristiano Ronaldo & Marcelo

Monday Blues

The big match-up this weekend in the EPL was Manchester United Red Devils versus Chelsea F.C. Blues. This was the highlight between the last two winners of the league title. This may have been the best game $50 Million dollar striker Fernando Torres has played in blue, but it does not over-shadow Nando's gaping miss. So to take away from the anguish, below we have provided a video for the worst misses caught on tape in the history of football.

Self-Powered Futsal
Nike's Miyashita Cup is more than a 5v5 tournament. Enlisting top tastemakers and fashionista locally including retailer Beams, skate brand Nitraid, & designers SOPH this tournament stored energy a week in advance specifically for the tournament. To assist the already rationed power grid in Tokyo, the self-powered tournament utilized saved power from solar panel and motion generated energy to sustain the energy used during this day and night event. Truly responsible event planning that balances the cities needs with the futbolr's own. Congrats to the champs F.C.R.B.

70 Yard Sprint & Strike
The Ukranian Premier League might not always get the spotlight, but with a quarter-final finish by Shaktar Donetsk in the 2010-11 Champions League and stars like Taison scoring fantastic goals like the one above for Metalist Kharkiv we should put it on the radar.

Defense Is The Best Offense
So as a part of Manchester United's pre-season romp through America, they made a stop in Chicago to face the Fire before they play the MLS XI in NYC for the All-Star game. After beating New England Revolutions 4-1, then 7-0 on the Sounders in Seattle, they probably were not expecting anything out of the windy city.
In the 13th minute defender Cory Gibbs, who is no stranger to the EPL style of play being with Charlton Athletic from 2006-08, headed home a long ball to put the pressure on Man. U. early. Unfortunately, United was able to put together 3 goals and the Fire had missed opportunities in front of the goal. So in short, let's put Gibbs on the list of players in 2011 that have been able to bury a chance against the EPL champions.
Not So Super Mario

When it comes to Italian & Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli he lives on the extremes. Either he is utilizing his natural ability & creativity for the good of the game or he is committing atrocities. So during the Man City friendly versus the L.A. Galaxy, Super Mario decided to turn and back-heel the ball into the net after being in a great position. That didn't work, and he received a substitution from coach Roberto Mancini after heeling the ball wide. Ciao Mario.

Back-Heel Penalty
Not simple, questionably effective, this penalty shot taken by Dhiab Awana of United Arab Emirates in the friendly against Lebanon can be said that it potentially would substitute well for the four PKs missed by Brazil on Sunday.

What DPs Do
In the MLS alot of the debate surrounding the Designated Player(DP) is if it is worth it to shell out the amount of money for a dynamic player that may or may not change your teams results. Now in Vancouver as an expansion team, the Whitecaps chose frenchman Eric Hassli. Since the season has begun, Hassli has provided the headlines with either gloom or glory. Within the 10 games he has played he has 6 Goals & 5 Red Cards, so Hassli is as predictable as a roulette wheel in Monaco.
This past Saturday, he chose to add to his glory account with a wonder strike that capitalized off horrible clearance from neighboring rivals Seattle Sounders. Being able to pounce on the mistake, chip the ball to himself while evading a defender, not to mention providing a volley before the chip hit the ground. Did we note that he was going away from the net. This DP is worth every red cent.

Bicycle Kid
13 year-old defender uses his instincts and gets into the air to bicycle kick the ball into the back of the net. The U-14 Civitan Bengals(VA) player has recently moved from Honduras with his family and is quickly getting familiar with the game on American soil, maybe we should keep an eye out for Kenner Galeas.

From Russia With Gloves
You have to consider alot of things nowadays after watching replay clips. I could say this Russian Premier league goalkeeper is an absolute idiot or question the dark-world of match fixing. The keeper who plays for Rubin Kazan(Who have been Champions League caliber) was able to still get the win after pulling a step-over on a backpass that ended in his own net. Not to mention 2 missed penalty kicks by his teammates, this mus have been a horrendous 90mins. Can anyone say point-spread??

Animated Bale
After seeing, Tottenham go through to the last 8 of the Champions League with a strong, yet lackluster, defensive stand, we can still point out a return of the Tottenham's exciting winger Gareth Bale. Imagine all this time he was playing as a left back before being shifted up this season. So now, the Yids will wait to see who they will face in the next round and it would be interesting if they get a draw with Inter Milan. If you didn't witness the master class put on by Bale on their previous meeting, here's an artistic re-creation by Richard Swarbrick that took each frame of Bale's performance and was re-drawn to produce this sweet piece above.

This Weekends Move - The Backheel
The backheel is a great way to play the ball without the defender expecting the pass. The high risk is the lack of accuracy with the backheel. These two videos are a great way to show how you can get the ball up in the air to make the heel more spicy. Ligue 2 side Stade Reims midfielder Florent Ghisolfi gives an amazing through ball with his back heel for a cool finish by his striker. Too bad Cristiano Ronaldo thought his back heel was good enough for a goal outside the 18 yard box.
